Elidé is an Associate with Innovation Network and contributes to projects with clients such as the JPB Foundation and the Kansas Health Foundation. She has extensive knowledge in survey theory and development, evaluation theory, and health behavior change and works on projects in the areas of social justice and health promotion.
Elidé has a passion for helping others and appreciates the challenge of real world evaluation. She enjoys the creative aspects of applying scientific rigor and sound methodology to differing contexts and views evaluation as a catalyst for positive change. Elidé is also an avid supporter of utilizing a mixed methods approach to her work.
Prior to joining Innovation Network, Elidé worked as an independent contractor where she provided technical assistance, analyzed data, constructed surveys, and facilitated stakeholder meetings. Elidé also managed a year-long evaluation of a dialectical behavioral therapy center in Southern California where she provided evaluation planning and capacity building services, and has experience working as a case manager for an in-patient psychiatric unit where she advocated for patients and their families to receive quality care and aftercare services. Elidé received her MA in Psychology with a co-concentration in Health and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and her BS in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of La Verne. During her time off, Elidé enjoys a variety of activities that involve the outdoors, delicious food, live music, or any type of art.
