Linda Lu (she/her) is a researcher and evaluator with over 15 years of experience transforming how communities and institutions understand and communicate change. Her work lives at the intersection of research, liberation, and imagination—building frameworks and practices that make knowledge creation collective, relational, and alive. She has held leadership roles in two of California’s largest coalitions advancing gender justice and youth development, where she guided multi-sector initiatives and systems-change efforts that center those most impacted.

Before joining Innovation Network as Co-Director, Linda founded Evaluation Studio, a feminist and decolonized research firm that partnered with grassroots organizations, funders, and public systems to design participatory, youth-led, and healing-centered research and evaluation projects. Across education, gender justice, and community development, she has helped reframe evaluation as a space for reflection, connection, and transformation.

Linda bridges conventional and liberatory approaches, weaving postcolonial and feminist methodologies with art, movement, and design. Her creative practice shapes how she listens and learns, treating research as both a mirror and a meeting place for new ways of knowing.
